Sangria Latina


  • A muddler
  • A bar spoon
  • Stemmed glass


  • 1 large slice of fresh watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • Juice of 1½ limes
  • 10ml stem-ginger syrup
  • 60ml Bacardi Carta Blanco
  • Martini Prosecco
  • Crushed ice
  • Zest of ½ lime

How to mix

  1. Muddle 3 cubes of fresh watermelon in a highball tumbler, then stir in the lime juice, stem-ginger syrup and rum
  2. Top it up with Prosecco and finish with some crushed ice, the remaining watermelon cubes and lime zest, then serve
