For this you will need

firstly pan fry the chicken in a pan with the dried coriander, then leave to one side.
put the pasta on, then start makin your sauce by adding a small glug of the olive oil then put in the onions and the garlic and let the onions soften for about 10 minutes. add the parsley then the cream, sqeaze the lemon in the sauce then bring to a boil add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, stir and serve straight away with the pasta.
trust me its simple and easy to make but its lovely.  thumbsup

Not tried it yet but will. Nice to see a Chicken Supreme recipe that doesn't have processed canned soup!

Just looking at the recipe, I think it's important to cook the chicken first then add to the sauce, and I'll be serving with rice.

Better late than never Moss.  roll  Only 6 months + after you posted, I tried your recipe today, it was nice & quick & easy to make, which means it will be great to do when coming in from work.  I must admit I did add about half a teaspoon of Knorr chicken stock granules to the sauce.  It was delicious, thumbsup  my other half & son both enjoyed it too.  They have told me to keep the recipe & make it again.  So it was a success.  Keep up with your cooking. smile

If you are trawling this site at all Moss, I am lately come to your post too!
Just looking for something a little different to do with chicken breasts, a bit tired of the recipes I have, but don't want to take too long doing it.
Will give your Chicken Supreme a go.
Thanks for posting.

Re: simple super chicken supreme uumm!!

Excellent basic recepie there moss, thank you for not cludging the sauce by using bleedin' chicken soup! Its inspired me I always loved my mums Chicken Supreme smile

I'm going to give it a go tonight except I will add some lightly fried pancetta and mushrooms and use some chicken stock I made (from carcass) to base the sauce before adding the cream smile, and I'll serve it with rice and some crusty bread.

Will report back.
