Dried Broad Beans Recipes?

I'm looking for some recipes that I can make with dried broad beans tomorrow.
I'm asking today as I know I'll have to soak the beans over night!

I don't want soups or anything including meat smile (We aren't vegetarian, I just don't want meat in the dish)

Warm Avocado, Zucchini, Mint and Broad Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup dried broad beans,
1 piece kombu
4 zucchini washed and sliced into fine long shavings
1 avocado
bunch fresh mint
2 tbsp olive oil
lemon juiced
tsp sumac
cracked black pepper
 
Preparation:
Cooking dried beans:
Soak the beans overnight. Drain and place in a pan with 4 cups fresh water and the khombu. Bring to the boil before turning down the heat to simmer for 25 minutes or until tender (this can vary significantly depending on the age of the dried bean). Remove the kombu and discard.
Once the beans are cool, remove the skin by making a small slit in its side with a small knife and squeezing the bean out with your thumb and index finger.

Method:
Brush the zucchini lightly with olive oil and place on a grill lined with baking paper under a medium flame until cooked and slightly browned at the edges. (approx 4 -5 minutes)
Mix the olive oil, lemon, sumac pepper and 2 tsp chopped mint in a small jar.
Arrange the zucchini on plates with beans, avocado and fresh mint leaves. Drizzle with the lemon and sumac dressing.

Broad beans with artichokes 
INGREDIENTS

1 kilo of dried broad beans
8 artichokes
1 onion
1 bunch of fennel or dill
1 cup of olive oil
1 onion
3 tomatoes
salt

METHOD
Simmer the broad beans for about 1/2 hour and strain them. Slice the stem of the artichokes and remove the outer leaves. Cut each artichoke in the middle for better cooking. Rub each artichoke with the lemon and put all of them in bowl full of water. Slice the onion and brown it in the oil. Add the juice of the tomatoes, the salt and the artichokes. Let them boil for 10 minutes and add the broad beans and the fennel or dill. Allow to cook for about 1 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.

Broad Bean Patties
Ingredients
2 cups dried broad beans
1 cup chopped spring onions
cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
3 garlic cloves
1 tspn salt
freshly ground black pepper
tspn hot chili pepper
tspn bicarbonate of soda
sesame seeds, optional
oil for deep frying
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
Place beans in a bowl and cover well with cold water. Leave to soak for 2 days, changing water 2 or 3 times.
Drain beans and remove skins by pressing each firmly with fingers. Bean should pop out, otherwise tear skin with fingernail then squeeze.
Pass cleaned beans through food grinder using fine screen.
Combine with spring onion, parsley, coriander, garlic, salt, peppers and soda.
Pass through grinder twice more, then knead to a paste. Let mixture rest for 30 minutes.
With wet hands shape about a tablespoon of mixture at a time into thick patties about 4 cm (1") in diameter.
Dip each side in sesame seeds if desired.
Place on a tray and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Heat oil to 180C (350F) or until a cube of bread turns golden in 1 minute.
Fry patties a few at a time until deep golden brown, turning to brown evenly. Each lot should take 5 minutes to cook.
Drain on paper towels.
Food processor method: Combine prepared ingredients and process in 2 lots using steel blade. Mix well to evenly distribute flavors, rest mixture 30 minute then fry as directed above.

Venus your recipe's look interesting. I'm going to try them.

My mother in law told me how she makes them...

Just leaves them in water over night and boils them for a bit, adds some sort of cabbage leaves to them (not sure what they are called in English) and their done. She told me to serve with olive oil and tuna.
