  1. 2–3cm geschälten Ingwer fein reiben und mit 6 EL Reisweinessig, einer entkernten und fein gehackten Chilischote und etwas fein geschnittenem frischem Koriander vermischen. 1 TL Zucker unter Rühren darin auflösen. Auf einer Platte mit den Austern servieren.
