Re: Beloved ethnic foods

I hope this qualifies.  I am an immigrant to UK but one thing I really enjoy is Toad in the Hole.  No toad in it and not much hole, but that is what it is called.  Sausages cooked in Yorkshire pudding and served with lots of gravy and brussel tops.  Google it; jolly good fun, what?

Re: Beloved ethnic foods

Not intended but it is nice too.

The best pizza I've eaten is at the italian pizza bar in lidcombe in sydney. It's simple, you can choose whether you want just cheese or other toppings but it is the best.

I had new york style pizza in savannah and it was dreadful, spongy and too much cheese and undercooked (not just mine but all the others too).

I don't think it's worth the cost of the flight, besides as I can't eat wheat now it'd be very difficult.

I found the other food in savannah to be ok. THe lady and sons restaurant was nice and there was a good dinner. The places on river street were quite average but then restaurants in tourist areas usually are.
