Re: The winter of the baked potato

My favourite dish this winter has been a chicken and mushroom recipe done in the pressure cooker. Chicken Bordeaux. So easy and delicious!

Re: The winter of the baked potato

Are you only interested in baked potatoes??  There are so many things you can do with potatoes.  This website http://www.tastespotting.com/ has the most glorious pictures of food I've ever seen, I look here whenever I need inspiration for a dish.  Just type in potatoes in the search bar, sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful pics.  Recipes are included!

Re: The winter of the baked potato

I love these be it winter or summer (little difference here):

That is my standard recipe but you can fill the jackets with anything you fancy that will mash.

Cheers
