She makes a persuasive argument, and I should know about those sorts of things.
Use oranges - zest and juice. And zest a lemon while you're at it. It's not for the cooking, it just smells really nice ![]()

Thank you all so much for all the help. You are all amazing. I made the chocolate pots on Saturday afternoon and didn't check your replies in time so I ended up just leaving out the brandy - it was a complete chocolate fest! However, I will be doing them again and using some of your suggestions.
