Easter is a time to celebrate food, enjoy the company of family and friends and make the most of a long weekend, so we’ve put together a batch of Jamie’s recipes to see you through the festivities.

There’s everything you need for any eventuality including biscuits, cakes, stews – and of course the roast lamb.

Side dishes and vegetarian options aplenty, as well as drinks and a handy, simple chicken stock.

Or maybe you want to try something a bit different for the big day and have a lasagna. That is exactly what I’m doing this year and we have three videos celebrating the lasagna on their way this week – keep your eyes open for Jamie’s mate Pete Begg cooking a classic version, a chicken lasagna where the meat has been cooked in milk and a roast vegetable one – all delicious and all completely perfect for the Easter weekend.
