Re: Mindless things

What about a hot English mustard sandwich?

Hope you feel better soon so you can relax and watch more rubbish TV.

Re: Mindless things

Long, hot shower, or long, hot bath....that should bring some relief.  I hope you don't have to try and sleep while being propped up with numerous pillows for your stuffed nose.  Knock on wood, I haven't had a cold in over a year and I always hated trying to sleep when stuffed up.

Re: Mindless things

eww, mustard

i'll be on propped pillows for a good 4 days, it always takes ages to recover from; i tried to sleep earlier but it didn't work; i have to be really exhausted

at least i'm on a course tomorrow at work so i can sit there and zone out.

i used to get colds all the time before i got rid of the gluten; now if i get gluten contamination i'll often get a cold a few days later

My OH swears by putting some Vicks in a bowl of boiling water , placing his face over the fumes with a towel over his head.   Maybe give it a go???

well I can do something to help alleviate a little bit. On either side of your nose  where the bone begins you have pressure points on either sides. you take your index and your middle finger together and press down on either side of your nose inhale as you do so. That will help clear it momentarily.just press down hard whenever it starts clogging.

I'll give it a go, the pressure is mostly to the ear end of the sinus now....**** my small sinuses

it's interesting to see how many people are on during our day time, it always seems so quiet when i'm normally on
