So last week’s episode was a cracker, with bona fide foodie Sienna Miller, but the next Friday Night Feast is going to be even better.

For a start, we’ve got Amanda Holden – judge on Britain’s Got Talent and, more importantly, a one-time star of both Jonathan Creek and Wild at Heart – joining Jamie and Jimmy at their café on Southend Pier and whipping up her favourite moussaka.

Elsewhere, Jamie cooks up beer butt chicken, while Jimmy builds a rotisserie kebab grill out of an oil drum, and gives you a delicious doner recipe that puts most kebab shops to shame. Imagine hosting a party and wheeling one out towards the end of the night when everyone gets a bit peckish. Your guests will get some seriously gourmet doner – a far cry from those blurry late-night snacks in neon-lit kebab houses.

So tune in to Channel 4 at 8pm on Friday and, if you can’t wait until then, feast your eyes on this gorgeous recipe from last week’s episode.
