Every wondered how Gennaro cooks “so gooooooooood”? Well, this is your chance to find out – on 28 April, he’ll be joining the lovely chefs and apprentices down at Fifteen Cornwall for a five-course tasting menu night.
Usually you’ll find Gennaro cooking in the Jamie’s Italian kitchens, where he trains the young chefs and helps design delicious daily specials. For one night only, however, he’ll be bringing his unmistakable Italian charm and verve to Fifteen Cornwall.
Together with head chef Andy Appleton, Gennaro has come up with an incredible dinner, the highlights being an octopus Carpaccio with blood orange and, for dessert, an Amedei chocolate tasting platter.
Prices are just £70 per person, and for an extra £45 you’ll get a beautiful matched wine with every course. It’s a night you’ll never forget and is all in aid of giving young unemployed people a second chance at life and a shot at a career in cooking.
