Thousands of people turned out to celebrate Fifteen's tenth anniversary at Saturday's street party.

Jamie, hanging out of the first floor window, told the crowds how proud he was of Fifteen and how much amazing work the apprentices had achieved in the first decade, and how they had personally benefited. Filling up the road in front of the original London restaurant, visitors enjoyed a top notch choice of food provided by the Eat St Collective. Also Barbecoa and Fifteen were cooking up some great food.

Gourmet hot dogs, hand-dived scallops, zingy Mexican tacos, pulled pork (with the hottest chilli sauce imaginable), plump mussels and oysters, beautiful Vietnamese snacks and heavenly meatballs were all available freshly prepared, finished off with a rich cupcake and a rum slushy.

Gennaro Contaldo was also giving a pasta masterclass in the restaurant in his own inimitable style.

Jamie said afterwards: “It was amazing to see so many people turn up to celebrate the success of Fifteen. Hundreds of vulnerable young people have been helped to achieve their potential and enter an amazing profession, Thanks to everyone for helping us get here in the first 10 years.”

Don't forget, throughout the rest of this 10th anniversary year you can attend a Fifteen Supper Club on the 15th of each month. So come along for great food and company and support an amazing cause in the process.
