Check out our recipes for celebrating Easter
Easter is always a brilliant time to celebrate seasonal produce, so to help you choose what to feed your family and friends over the long weekend we have compiled some cracking Easter recipe suggestions.
If it’s fresh flavours you’re craving, why not try an Asian-influenced ceviche made with the best tuna your fishmonger can get his hands on. Brightened up with the tang of ginger, lime and coriander, and serve on a gem lettuce plate, why not throw a load of chilli in for some turbo-charging?

While we are on the fish theme, we have some other light ideas for you. Quick as a flash you can be tucking in to a Smoked Salmon and Beetroot Salad, colourful, fresh and super-tasty. How about getting your claws on our recipe for crab? Spot-on in April, pairing it up with chilli is a great way to enjoy its distinctive flavour, throw grapefruit into the mix and your taste buds will go crazy. Screaming out for an accompanying glass of chilled Muscadet isn’t it? Or you could try a refreshing classic caipirinha – now that’s got to be part of a long weekend!

The amazing and show-off red mullet sashimi and the crowd-pleasing seared tuna carpaccio will definitely go down a treat. For a warming alternative, our Soy Baked Salmon can be served with roasted new potatoes and a snappy little salsa – bang it down in the middle of the table and tell everyone to get stuck in.

Verdura Mista gives fancy vegetables, such as the great British asparagus, patty pans, aubergine and fennel a chance to shine; get them good and smoky on the barbecue or griddle pan, and finish off with a dose of great olive oil. Find dessert ideas, a crispy chicken and loads more.

Have a great Easter.
