As well as highlighting some of our wonderful suppliers and products (such as Cobble Lane charcuterie and Westcombe Dairy cheese), Ed explains how every supplier must meet our Jamie Oliver Food Standards. This substantial manual outlines the high levels of welfare, sourcing and ingredient standards we insist on across all parts of the business.
It’s incredibly important to us that we support small, innovative businesses that do things the right way. We believe our menu has some of the best sourcing standards and welfare credentials on the high street.
