Jamie’s mentor Gennaro Contaldo has been a busy boy, not only has his brilliant second series of Two Greedy Italians and its book launched, but he managed to find time for Jamie’s Foundation by hosting a pasta masterclass.
The energetic Italian took a class of 15 through the history of pasta, regional variations, techniques for folding and shaping ravioli as well as providing a barrel-load of fun.
Pasta pupils took their 'interesting' ravioli creations home, but not before enjoying a beautiful three-course meal downstairs in Fifteen.
Keep an eye out for Gennaro’s next masterclass in aid of the Foundation, a charity which helps people reconnect with better food around the world.
If you want to get close-up to the chef, Gennaro will be holding a book signing event for 'Two Greedy Italians Eat Italy’ which was co-written by Antonio Carluccio, in the following Jamie’s Italian sites:
*Thursday 26 April 3-5pm: Milton Keynes restaurant
*Tuesday 1 May 3-5pm: Cheltenham restaurant
*Friday 4 May 3-5pm: Liverpool restaurant
*Friday 11 May 3-5pm: Reading restaurant
*Tuesday 15 May 3-5pm: Glasgow restaurant

A lucky Jamie’s Italian punter will also have the opportunity to get Gennaro all to themselves for a three-hour masterclass.
The winner will learn how simple, fresh ingredients, prepared and cooked with love and passion become truly great dishes.
Customers can enter the competition after their Jamie’s Italian meal by answering a simple question on the bill.
Closing date for entry is Thursday 31 May and the winner will be announced Thursday 14 June.
