Jamie's Fifteen Restaurant is continuing its 10th anniversary celebrations with the apprentices being joined by well-known chefs.

Chefs' Week is an annual summer event when the professional chefs go on holiday and the apprentice’s take over!

This year, however, the apprentices are being given the opportunity to work with some big names in the restaurant industry, giving them the opportunity to put their skills to work in the final week of their training.

Eleven fantastic chefs will give up their time to do a lunch or dinner shift at Fifteen between 27 August and 1 September. The apprentices will write the menu and run the prep and service, and our guest chefs will be on hand to offer help, advice and tips of the trade before the apprentices go into the work place.
The week will run as follows:

Monday 27th August
Lunch – Michael Wignall (The Latymer Restaurant)
Dinner – Pascal Aussignac (Club Gascon)

Tuesday 28th August
Lunch – Jeremy Lee (Quo Vadis)
Dinner – Bruno Loubet (Bistro Bruno Loubet)

Wednesday 29th August
Lunch – Trevor Gulliver & Fergus Henderson (St John)
Dinner – Jun Tanaka (Pearl)

Thursday 30th August
Lunch – Mark Sargeant (Rocksalt)
Dinner – Nuno Mendes (Viajante)

Friday 31st August

Saturday 1st September
