  • 100 g regular or icing or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or extract (optional)
  • whisk or hand mixer or bowl mixer
In a bowl, using a whisk or mixer, beat the whipping cream alongside with the sugar until you get fluffy stiff peaks on the beater or the whisk
Next, add the vanilla to your cream and give it a last quick mix. There you go! You have just made your very own delicious rich whipped-chantilly cream!
